The Woinex DriveFull™ AFM/DFM Disabler is expressly NOT legal for sale or use in the State of California pursuant to California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations. Customers placing orders from California acknowledge that they are doing so in full awareness of this restriction and accept all legal responsibility for their purchase and use of this product. Woinex explicitly disclaims all liability for any legal, financial, or regulatory consequences arising from orders placed from or used in California. All California sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for orders shipped to California under any circumstances.
