Woinex Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at woinexofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

California Orders
No Returns, No Refunds The Woinex DriveFull™ AFM/DFM Disabler is NOT legal for sale or use in the State of California. By completing a purchase from a California address, you acknowledge that you are aware of this restriction and that you are purchasing and using this product entirely at your own risk. Woinex is not responsible for any fines, penalties, failed emissions tests, legal consequences, or any other liability arising from the purchase or use of this product in California. All California orders are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped to California under any circumstances.

Legal Disclaimer
This product is legal under the provisions of the EPA Tampering Policy dated November 23, 2020, and is legal for on-street use in all states that follow the Clean Air Act and EPA Tampering Policy — excluding California. Woinex assumes no responsibility or liability for any legal issues, fines, emissions test failures, warranty disputes, or vehicle damage arising from the installation or use of this product. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify local, state, and federal regulations before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you agree that Woinex is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of this product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or orders shipped to California. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it once your return is accepted and place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at woinexofficial@gmail.com.
